Cetrimide Agar (USP) is a medium used for isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Directions:

Suspend 45.3g of the product in 1000mL purified water, add glycerin 10mL, boil and mix thoroughly, dispensing into triangular flask, sterilize in an autoclave at 121 ℃ for15 minutes. After cooling to 50 ℃, pour into sterile petri dishes.

Note: Please keep at room temperature.
